Enrollment

1.   Printed Viewbook/Prospectus Single publication. One printed piece. (If you have more than one piece, use Category 2.)
2.   Enrollment/Admissions Package Multiple printed pieces in a campaign such as viewbook/prospectus, information booklet, search/travel piece, direct mail, etc. 
3.   Enrollment/Admissions Video, In-House Single. Created by your school internally without outside professional help of any kind.
4.   Enrollment Video, Outsourced Single. Created by a professional film-maker or company and submitted by the school or the professional.
5.   Admitted Student Welcome Any kind of yield marketing to encourage a student to enroll. (Video, swag, personal contact, etc.) Any format.

Fundraising

6.   Printed Fundraising Appeal  Single. For annual giving, campaign or any other fundraising need. 
7.   Fundraising Video, In-House  Single. Created by your school internally without outside professional help of any kind. For annual giving, campaign or any other fundraising need. 
8.   Fundraising Video, Outsourced  Single. Created by a professional film-maker or company and submitted by the school or the professional. For annual giving, campaign or any other fundraising need. 
9.   Annual Report/Report of Gifts/Donor Report Single publication.

Advertising

10.  Paid Advertising Single or series (max 6). Print, commercial for TV, and/or Facebook or Google Ads or another medium where space is purchased. For any one purpose such as enrollment/admissions, fundraising, special event, etc.

Photography

11. Still Photography, In-House Single or series (max 6) on any topic related to the school. Created by your school internally without outside professional help of any kind.
12. Still Photography, Outsourced Single or series (max 6). Created by a professional photographer or company and submitted by the school or the professional.

Website

13. Website, In-House Created by your school on your own using Wordpress, Drupal, Squarespace, etc. and not hosted by a professional web developer such as Finalsite, Blackbaud, Clever Box, etc. Content, design, web development (functionality, UX, build-out) are all executed in-house.
14. Website, Outsourced Created by a professional web developer and submitted by the school or the professional.

Magazine

15. Printed Magazine Single issue.

Small Doesn’t Mean Limited

26. Small School, In-House  Any marketing or communications effort created by a small school such as website, viewbook/prospectus, video, online ads, newsletter, blog post, fundraising project, etc. Created by your school internally without outside professional help of any kind. !!IMPORTANT!! This is a discounted category for "small schools" defined as those with total annual revenue of $3 million or under. (Example: Tuition x Enrollment = Revenue) Revenue will be verified before any award is given. No refunds for mistakenly entering this category. This category is NOT OPEN to companies. Companies that work with small schools should submit under the other categories. Small schools can submit under any other category they want, but will pay the regular fee. Entry fee for #26 is $29.
